• Aufgaben / Mission:

  Job Description: - You are member of a international Services Proposal Collaboration Center providing premier support on Bid and Proposal efforts. - The proposal teams work cross functionally to enhance the sales efforts of the Global Government account teams by providing quality, compliant, best-in class competitive proposals and positioning documents. - Vision: Build strong partnerships with our trans European and worldwide organisation in order to enhance their ability to reach revenue goals. - The proposal team is ready to support our bid and proposal needs from concept - Provide best-in-class government bid and proposal support and services that represent innovative, high value solutions for our customers and partners.

• Anforderungen / Qualification:

  Qualifications: - Fluent in English and at least one other European languages as noted above with ability to accurately translate technical information from English to proper professional languages. - Each candidate must have bid management experience in technology or telecom industries. 5+ years experience will be on target. - Technical Writing experience in answering RFP request. - Solid experience managing proposals - Ability to Manage RFP deadlines and requirements. - Ability to work with a Global Sales Force. - Able to manage time and stay focused working remotely from home or in the office. - Dedicated in completing objective and missions under pressure. - Facilitate the Bid Process for account teams working on RFI/RFP and unsolicited customer proposals, providing coordination and management, including scheduling and conducting proposal development meetings. - Program management skills as well as experience leading multi-national and multi-disciplinary virtual groups. - Provide strong technical writing or business writing skills, and the ability to edit content received from subject matter experts - Engage functional groups Solicit and or verify approvals have been granted as required from Finance, legal, Client executives, and other relevant groups. - Will engage the appropriate solution teams and functional groups to obtain buy-in from key executives as needed. - Coordinates the final production of proposals for Client’s customers and confirm proposal meets the customer format requirements as stated in the RFP
